From closing both salons for our biannual Culture Day to receiving an incredible honor from Washingtonian, we’re continuing to invest in what matters most: our team, our craft, and the experience we create for every guest.

Twice each year, we close both Salon deZEN locations for a full day dedicated to learning, reflection, and connection during our Culture Meeting.
It’s one of the most important investments we make because we believe an extraordinary guest experience begins with a team that feels supported, connected, and aligned.
During our latest Culture Day, our entire team stepped away from the salon floor to slow down, listen to one another, and reflect on how we can continue growing together.
