Why We Have a Cancellation Policy
At Salon deZEN, we believe in honoring time—yours and ours. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with exceptional, personalized service. When appointments are missed or changed without notice, it impacts not only our service providers, but also guests who are waiting for availability.
To ensure fairness for both our team and our community, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel or reschedule or your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service . If you no show or cancel your appointment the day of your service you may be subject to paying 100% of your scheduled services.
